What you'll do

• Direct daily QA team activities, assign tasks, monitor performance, and train staff on inspection standards and safety
• manage first-article, in-process, and final inspections
• identify defects, document issues, and work with engineers to resolve quality problems
• track inspection results, analyze trends, and prepare reports
• collaborate with production and engineering, escalate critical issues, and support shift handoffs.
