What you'll do

• Conduct age-appropriate assessments, diagnosis, and treatment
• manage chronic conditions and coordinate follow-up care
• perform well-child exams, vaccinations, and screenings
• collaborate with clinical staff on care plans
• educate patients and support adherence to care recommendations
• oversee clinical workflows and quality standards
• participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits as required
• maintain compliant EMR documentation.

Why this role

Accepts MD, DO, pediatric or family nurse practitioner, or physician assistant credentials; requires an active Texas medical or nursing license, PALS, and BLS. Spanish/English bilingual ability preferred.
