What you'll do

• Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children ages 18 months to 12 years
• follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques
• maintain a fun, positive, supportive environment
• supervise participants and ensure safety
• set up and break down equipment
• communicate with parents, teammates, and supervisors
• complete class check-ins, reports, and attendance tracking
• follow company policies and safety standards.
