The Medical Technologist role is onsite in Stanley, ND. Compensation is $24–$36 per hour. The position supports laboratory services at Mountrail County Health Center. The technologist performs routine and complex clinical laboratory tests and electrocardiograms, maintaining accurate results and safe procedures. Instrument maintenance, quality control, specimen collection, and result verification help support patient care and reliable laboratory operations.

What you'll do

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests and electrocardiograms
• maintain and calibrate instruments
• conduct quality control and address malfunctions or out-of-control results
• prepare reagents and controls
• collect blood specimens
• record workload and results
• verify and report test results
• maintain patient confidentiality and follow safety and infection-control guidelines
• provide scheduled on-call services, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Why this role

Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related science, a North Dakota state license, and ASCP or AMT certification or eligibility. Clinical laboratory experience is preferred but not required.
