What you'll do

• Welcome guests into premium spaces
• serve as a gameday ambassador
• deliver the N.O.L.E.S. service standard
• enforce event policies and procedures
• operate elevators and assist guest movement
• affix wristbands
• respond to guest requests
• maintain cleanliness
• monitor food, beverage, and facility needs
• liaise with catering, maintenance, hospitality, and other gameday teams.
