The Core Crew Front Desk & Sales Associate role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, at the Woodland Hills studio. Compensation is $20.25 per hour, with opportunities to earn sales commission. The role supports the Head Coach and Community Manager and helps deliver the studio’s client experience. The associate welcomes and assists clients, handles account and class-scheduling tasks, explains studio products and offers, and supports sales follow-up. The role also helps maintain studio operations, communicates schedule or facility issues, and contributes to a welcoming fitness community.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and support the CORE client experience
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes
• assist with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints and visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails and recognize client milestones.
