What you'll do
- Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
- Update and utilize a candidate skills matrix.
- Perform weekly interviews.
- Generate leads via professional relationships and candidate interviews.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
