Wellness Sales Advisor

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• explain infrared sauna and red light therapy
• recommend memberships and services based on guest wellness goals
• follow up with prospective members by phone, text, and email
• manage appointments, check-ins, memberships, and retail sales
• maintain guest notes in the CRM
• keep the studio clean and organized
• support local marketing events and community partnerships
• collaborate with the team.
