What you'll do

• Follow standard recipes
• use safe and sanitary food-handling practices
• assist cooks during rush periods
• inspect and clean preparation and serving areas
• check ingredient quality and rotate stock
• assist with plating
• handle leftovers as instructed
• clean assigned workstations
• check food doneness and cooking temperatures
• consult supervisors on menu planning.
