What you'll do

• Scrape trays and dishes and load and unload the dish machine
• hand-wash pots, pans, and designated items
• maintain kitchen facilities, equipment, utensils, floors, and walls in sanitary condition
• assist with food preparation and setup
• serve meals and restock food and supplies
• handle chemicals safely
• follow universal precautions and infection-control techniques
• communicate and cooperate with dietary personnel and other departments
• maintain resident rights and confidentiality.
