Guest Service Agent

Job overview

What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• check guests in and out and assign rooms
• answer and route calls and take messages
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• protect confidential guest information
• maintain cash and transaction records and complete front-desk paperwork
• conduct property walks and help maintain common areas
• assist with breakfast service, wake-up calls, special requests, laundry, and other hotel operations as needed
• communicate property information through the pass-on log.
