What you'll do

• Select and validate heating equipment
• review project scope, plans, specifications, and quantities
• enter orders and prepare purchase orders
• track lead times and ship dates
• prepare and distribute submittals
• verify pricing and discounts
• process change orders and warranty claims
• coordinate customer service, parts, service, controls, and startup preparation
• provide weekly bid-meeting updates.
