These positions support the operation, maintenance, repair, and administration of military watercraft, boats, waterfront equipment, and port operations. Depending on the assignment, workers help keep equipment and vessels safe and operational through maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, recordkeeping, and waterfront support.

What you'll do

• Depending on the position, perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and depot-level maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair marine mechanical, electrical, and related systems
• inspect equipment
• support boat and watercraft operations
• maintain maintenance and inspection records
• support waterfront and port operations
• assist with maintenance planning and scheduling
• follow Navy, contract, safety, environmental, and company requirements.
