The Sales Representative – Industrial Hygiene Laboratory Services role is onsite in Houston, TX, with compensation of $55,000–$75,000 per year. AGT LABS provides analytical testing for asbestos, silica, metals, mold, indoor air quality, and occupational exposure monitoring to help organizations protect worker health and support regulatory compliance. The representative develops business and manages client relationships to grow use of the laboratory’s testing services. The role contributes to sales goals by identifying prospects, presenting services, preparing proposals, and coordinating with laboratory and operations teams to support client service.

What you'll do

• Develop new business with industrial hygiene consultants, safety firms, government agencies, construction companies, and industrial clients. Promote testing services
• maintain client relationships
• conduct visits, presentations, and demonstrations
• prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements
• follow up on leads and inquiries
• achieve monthly and annual sales goals
• maintain CRM records
• monitor market and competitor activity
• and collaborate with laboratory and operations teams.
