What you'll do

• Train team members and communicate training needs
• conduct operations walks and quality checks
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• assign duties
• greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food is prepared according to instructions and safety and sanitation requirements
• delegate cleaning
• handle guest concerns
• provide direction and feedback
• communicate performance issues to management
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete paperwork and checklists
• supervise opening or closing activities as directed
• follow food, cash, and cost controls.
