What you'll do

• Communicate divisional catering strategy
• establish service standards and operating systems

• coach and develop campus catering directors
• build relationships with university and campus partners
• support high-profile events
• partner on seasonal menus and food-quality standards
• develop pricing strategies and financial benchmarks
• manage revenue, food, labor, and operating costs
• use data and KPIs to assess performance
• coordinate divisional calendars and resources.
