Chief Engineer

What you'll do

• Supervise engineering personnel
• provide technical guidance to Sales and Purchasing
• prepare engineering drawings and production specifications
• oversee hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder job orders
• design custom products, parts, and modifications
• review and implement design changes
• reverse-engineer customer-supplied products
• research new cylinder technologies
• train engineering staff
• coach employees on corrective action and root-cause solutions.
