• develop systems for ISO, IATF, ASTM, and customer certifications
• review contract documentation and potential business
• apply statistical process control
• manage supplier quality activities
• review quality data
• design training programs
• communicate significant issues and improvement actions
• present technical information to management
• supervise the Quality Engineer and three to four Quality Technicians.
