The Senior Director, Buildings & Grounds provides enterprise leadership for facilities operations supporting HumanGood’s Life Plan Communities. This onsite role is based in Long Beach, CA, and establishes the strategy, standards, and governance necessary to maintain safe, reliable, and compliant community environments. Reporting to the executive leader, the Senior Director oversees capital planning, physical-plant risk, major projects, and facilities leadership development. The role aligns facility investments with resident safety, asset stewardship, and long-term organizational strategy.
