The Warehouse Assistant, Kitting role is onsite in Whiteland, IN, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. The position supports BlackHawk Industrial’s Kitting Department, serving customers with industrial products and engineered supply solutions. The role supports warehouse order flow by receiving and verifying inventory, preparing and shipping orders, and maintaining accurate stock and records. It contributes to safe, organized operations and accurate fulfillment for customers.

What you'll do

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing slips
• sort, stage, label, and put away products
• pick and package orders
• check shipments against picking tickets
• reject damaged goods and forward them to Purchasing
• log non-conforming products and verify returns
• conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies with Purchasing
• maintain records and an organized workspace
• follow ISO procedures and promote workplace safety.
