What you'll do

• Replace and repair bolt-on and weld-on panels
• perform structural and non-structural repairs, including airbag replacement and minor mechanical work as needed
• meet performance standards for efficiency, cycle time, and quality
• communicate repair progress and vehicle status with production managers and estimators
• follow safety, repair, and hazardous-waste procedures
• test-drive vehicles after repairs when applicable
• maintain an organized work area.
