Account Manager

The Account Manager works onsite in Dartmouth, MA. Compensation is $31–$36 per hour. What you'll do

• Serve as the consistent point of contact for assigned clients
• conduct proactive outreach and document interactions in the CRM
• manage proposals, quotes, renewals, and opportunities for additional services
• review quotes and customer priorities
• monitor account margins and recurring revenue
• begin renewal work about 90 days before expiration
• support collections with Accounting
• route inquiries to internal teams and follow through
• partner with outside sales on site visits and building audits.
