What you'll do

• Attend project and stakeholder meetings, identify IT-owned action items, and drive follow-through to completion.
• Coordinate activities across multiple cross-functional teams and track IT-owned deliverables.
• Provide organizational structure and project governance for teams managing multiple initiatives.
• Consolidate project status updates and develop executive-level reporting and summaries.
• Utilize Jira for project tracking and partner with stakeholders to improve intake and governance processes.
