• Oversee clinical, operational, financial, environmental, and human-resource functions
• lead daily operations

• partner with physicians and hospital leadership
• monitor performance and regulatory compliance
• manage budgets
• lead recruitment, onboarding, education, evaluations, coaching, and employee development
• serve as a clinical resource and mentor
• support quality improvement.
