What you'll do

• Support residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• assist with healthcare standards, medication administration, personal hygiene, nutrition, overall care, community involvement, and preferred activities
• provide direct care as assigned
• maintain line-of-sight and arm's-length supervision for residents assigned one-to-one supervision and arrange staff coverage when needed.
