The Site Lead role is onsite at Hartford Elementary School in Hartford, SD, Monday through Friday from 3:25 p.m. to 6 p.m. Starting pay is $14.50 per hour for qualified candidates. The Site Lead helps create a safe, structured, positive, and engaging experience for children by supporting daily activities, supervising students, and coordinating with the Site Coordinator, other Site Leads, staff, and families.

What you'll do

• Collaborate on daily lesson plans and activities
• manage student behavior using positive reinforcement and classroom management strategies
• help implement the daily schedule and smooth transitions
• supervise children and support their safety
• encourage participation and inclusion
• communicate with staff, parents, and guardians
• assist with setup, cleanup, and materials organization
• model professionalism and enthusiasm.
