What you'll do

• Supervise 360 Therapeutic Aides, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters
• perform and oversee delivery of 360 services
• orient new aides
• arrange coverage for absences and no-shows and potentially fill shifts as needed
• and provide direction, encouragement, and training to aides.

Why this role

The role has summer months off. Requires a bachelor’s degree and related human services experience; candidates with at least five years of human services experience without a degree and management experience in any field may be accepted. A master’s degree is preferred.
