• Partner with the Founding DVM to align medical and business strategy.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies.
• Lead the interviewing and hiring process for support roles.
• Manage P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls.
• Create systems to support hospitality and efficiency.
