The Network Support I role is onsite in Stoughton, MA or Broomfield, CO. Pay is $27.74–$32.54 per hour. The role supports Comtech Allerium’s mission-critical communications infrastructure used by public safety agencies and emergency responders. Under Network Operations Center management, the position monitors and troubleshoots IP networks, applications, hardware, and peripherals. It provides first-line customer support and helps resolve or escalate incidents to maintain reliable emergency communications services.

What you'll do

• Monitor network elements for anomalies and troubleshoot using network management software
• identify, triage, resolve, or escalate incidents
• monitor email for incidents and customer requests
• provide first-line technical support through a dedicated helpdesk phone line
• update customers on incident status
• track ticket trends and alert management to recurring issues
• perform in-depth troubleshooting to support one-touch ticket resolution
• assist customers with complex issues
• share knowledge and learn techniques from support teams.
