• Develop and maintain recruiting strategies for assigned functional or geographic areas
• manage end-to-end recruitment and interview processes
• assess hiring needs with managers
• coordinate candidate and interviewer feedback, service-level agreements, and next steps
• analyze sourcing strategy performance
• recommend process improvements
• maintain knowledge of talent acquisition trends and processes
• conduct benchmarking
• support employer brand presence and talent-pool development
• provide training and technical support as needed.
