What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day car wash operations and employees
• coordinate team breaks and shifts
• direct cars into wash tunnels and inspect vehicles
• clean and organize the facility
• monitor supplies and assist with orders
• follow safety procedures
• address customer escalations
• assist with recruiting and developing teams
• perform cash reconciliations, audits, and deposits
• organize maintenance areas
• complete preventive maintenance and minor repairs
• maintain checklists and work orders
• assist with larger repairs as needed
• work flexible hours before opening or after closing.
