What you'll do

• Receive patient calls

• send paperwork to referral sources
• scan documents and maintain patient charts
• collect and balance payments
• prepare charts and reminder calls
• communicate with staff
• coordinate with billing and treating staff to resolve issues
• and perform front-desk duties.

Why this role
