IT Operations Manager

• Lead day-to-day service desk operations, manage ticketing processes and service standards, monitor KPIs, and serve as an escalation point.
• Oversee employee technology onboarding and offboarding, documentation, IT asset inventory, end-user training, identity systems, and coordination with the IT Systems Engineer on network operations.
• Partner on infrastructure projects, audits, security practices, and process improvements.
