What you'll do

• Lead the Hospitality Covenant through staff and resident engagement
• supervise onsite team members
• coordinate property upkeep, inspections, maintenance, safety, and work orders
• build positive resident relationships
• review budgets and general ledgers
• meet revenue, expense, and cash-flow targets
• manage nonpayment legal proceedings with the company’s attorney
• implement rent increases
• lease units and maintain occupancy
• ensure fair housing and program compliance
• maintain resident and vendor files
• support energy conservation and incident reporting.
