Chip Spin/Wash Operator

Chip Spin/Wash Operator is an onsite, full-time role in Auburn, ME. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. The position works across plating and main-floor plant areas, supporting washing, chip-spin, and deburring operations. The operator processes and moves materials safely and on time, maintains equipment and work areas, and keeps records. The work supports plant operations and preparation of materials for plating and shipping.

What you'll do

• Operate washing machines, chip/spin equipment, and vibratory/deburring equipment
• organize incoming wash material
• monitor coolant and oil reclaim systems
• move parts in outgoing queues
• maintain housekeeping and records
• dump chip containers
• operate a forklift as required
• replenish empty boxes and dollies
• follow lockout/tagout requirements.
