Supervisor / Team Lead – Indoor Adventure Park

Adrenaline Monkey is an indoor adventure park featuring obstacle courses, boulder walls, aerial courses, and vertical adventures. The supervisor leads daily facility operations and staff, with a focus on safety, customer service, training, and business development. The role helps maintain consistent operations and guest experiences across facility programs and events.

What you'll do

• Direct and supervise up to 30 part-time personnel
• train staff and document performance
• plan and lead day-to-day facility operations
• coordinate employee training with the General Manager
• promote safety and security
• handle customer inquiries and complaints
• maintain records and reports
• manage receipts and cash procedures
• solicit group sales and corporate events
• maintain equipment and ensure safety and proper training of staff and participants
• assist with special events.
