What you'll do

• Execute compensation philosophy, job architecture, and pay equity framework
• lead the annual merit cycle
• analyze compensation surveys and benchmark roles
• advise on compensation for hires, promotions, and transfers
• support workforce cost modeling
• manage benefits programs, enrollment, communications, and vendors
• oversee HR Operations and direct-report development
• manage compliance reporting, HRIS data integrity, process documentation, and human capital projects.
