What you'll do

• Initiate, negotiate, and contract for construction labor and materials
• configure budgets and options
• verify material takeoffs
• establish pricing methods and reporting requirements
• maintain contracts, bid documents, and subcontractor insurance records
• define scopes of work
• evaluate products, subcontractors, and suppliers
• ensure plans and specifications are complete
• issue initial purchase orders
• monitor bid and budget variances
• support value engineering
• update plans and redlines
• prepare light-commercial estimates
• monitor procurement timelines and risks
• report on cost control and vendor performance
• develop templates and workflows
• compile monthly variance reports
• prepare pro formas as directed
• assist with rebate submissions
• support warranty workflow and field assignments.
