What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• support store sales initiatives and guest relationships
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll tasks
• maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising
• ensure omnichannel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and transaction reconciliation
• supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
