What you'll do

• Manage multiple contents and cleaning projects and a team of 6–10 leads and technicians
• document projects
• plan materials and labor
• create production schedules
• coordinate subcontractors
• communicate with customers, subcontractors, and adjusters
• visit job sites to support safe, clean work
• oversee packing, inventory, and restoration tasks.
