Telecommunications Cabling Technician — Second Shift

The Telecommunications Cabling Technician role is onsite in Keene, NH, at a healthcare facility. The stated pay is $35–$40 per hour, based on experience. MTS Services specializes in structured cabling for healthcare, commercial, education, mission-critical, and government facilities. Technicians will recable existing building cabling while the facility remains occupied, construct telecommunications rooms, install cable pathways, and complete cable abatement after new cabling is active. The assignment is expected to last at least 12 months and is scheduled for four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, starting between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

What you'll do

• Recable existing four-pair Cat cables in an occupied facility
• construct telecommunications rooms
• install j-hook pathways to site standards
• complete cable abatement after new cable is installed and active
• work safely with a small team and travel reliably to jobsites.
