What you'll do

• Hire, manage, coach, and develop outside sales professionals
• lead account planning to retain and acquire customers
• reinforce goals, CRM use, policies, and procedures
• evaluate territory needs, participate in sales calls, and approve proposals
• maintain partner relationships
• participate in customer business reviews
• develop technology-based solutions with teams and customers
• address customer satisfaction issues
• track technology and certification requirements
• prepare forecasts and provide input to corporate functions
• travel up to 50% within the region.
