The Day Porter role is onsite in Savannah, GA, with availability needed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for 2–4 hours. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. Corporate Commercial Services LLC provides commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services to businesses across the region. The porter maintains the exterior and common areas of a strip mall so the property remains clean, orderly, and welcoming. The work includes routine cleanup, upkeep of vacant units, and reporting property concerns to the property manager.

What you'll do

• Power-blow curbs, sidewalks, building corners, recesses, parking blocks, and dumpster enclosures
• pick up and dispose of trash and leaves
• remove cobwebs
• wash windows in vacant units
• sweep or blow out vacant units
• replace air fresheners
• empty ashtrays and replenish sand or rocks as needed
• remove gum
• place bulk trash in the provided dumpster
• report abandoned cars and lighting issues to the property manager.
