The role monitors network events, analyzes and isolates faults, coordinates restoration, and maintains incident records across a 24/7/365 operation. This work helps sustain network services and provide timely situational awareness to customers, leadership, and operational teams.

What you'll do

• Create and update tickets
• monitor network events and element-management failures
• analyze alarms and correlate fault information
• isolate root causes and identify affected network elements
• coordinate fault correction and service restoration
• reroute and normalize services and circuits during outages
• document reroutes in the CMDB
• provide Tier 1/Tier 2 sustainment and situational awareness
• escalate incidents and communicate with customers and operations teams.
