What you'll do

• Set up finishing equipment and machines
• use hand-held and pedestal grinders to machine, grind, polish, and deburr metal parts
• follow blueprints, shop procedures, and work instructions
• inspect work with precision measuring instruments
• handle parts with hoists and pallet jacks as needed
• operate a forklift as necessary
• maintain equipment and work area
• may assist with disassembly of fluid ends and power ends
• may cross-train as a pressure technician and support autofrettage as workload requires
• follow safety and quality procedures.
