What you'll do

• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, statements of use, renewals, assignments, and other USPTO prosecution documents
• coordinate international filings and maintenance with foreign counsel
• monitor deadlines for renewals, office actions, and registration requirements
• communicate with clients, foreign counsel, and government agencies
• maintain electronic matter files, trademark records, and databases
• prepare client correspondence and reports
• work with a trademark team of eight attorneys and four paralegals
• manage multiple assignments independently.

Why this role
