What you'll do

• Partner with leaders on organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and workforce decisions
• coach managers on performance, feedback, career development, and difficult conversations
• support compensation and equity planning
• use people data to identify trends and risks
• develop retention strategies
• surface organizational issues
• collaborate across People, Finance, Legal, Talent, and business teams
• build scalable processes
• handle people matters with discretion and confidentiality.
