• Plan turndown assignments based on occupancy, VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and room types
• lead shift meetings

• handle escalated requests

• inspect rooms and public spaces
• report and follow up on maintenance issues
• maintain back-of-house areas
• lead, train, and coach the evening team
