What you'll do

• Review construction plans and specifications to determine project scope
• prepare quantity takeoffs and labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates using estimating software
• develop project schedules with construction teams
• contribute execution strategies and schedule narratives to bid packages
• solicit, evaluate, and incorporate subcontractor quotes
• coordinate with the Preconstruction Coordinator, Project Managers, and CEO
• review bid submissions for accuracy and competitiveness
• monitor construction trends, local labor rates, and material pricing.

Why this role
