What you'll do

• Prepare loan applications for underwriting
• review required documents for completeness, compliance, and accuracy
• collect documentation from members and third-party vendors
• order title reports, flood certificates, appraisals, and other requested records
• identify and communicate issues early
• manage pipeline volume and track loan status through closing
• maintain accurate loan notes, statuses, and dates
• follow federal, state, and investor guidelines including TRID, RESPA, and HMDA
• complete final verifications and clear closing conditions
• coordinate closings
• maintain knowledge of guidelines, policies, and regulations
• protect member confidentiality.
